temps hit 103 yesterday....good Lord you'd think we were in the desert....i break a sweat just thinking....
it was a busy day but a good day yesterday.
girls got off to school just fine.
mr. k and baby k and i went back over to our parish to register the big man for preschool. he will attend twice a week beginning next week. you wouldn't believe the price...cheap cheap...and a special thank you to aunt s for the generous gift...it enabled me to make the deposit and sign the little man up.
aunt s let me know that i am not mentioning madame j in this blog. and she is right to point that out.
madame baby k ( i need to decide how i will refer to her here) is cruising right along with her new digs. she has suffered a runny nose and a slight fever the past few days but is recovering i think....she slept until 5 am this morning...so her little body must have decided to settle into some pattern. she is officially on the move. crawling all over and stands at the couch, chair or anything she can get her hands on to pull herself up. she is happy happy most of the time. she is now sharing a room with her big brother which i think she likes..gives her something to look at when she wakes up.
speaking of waking up...i think i hear them now...
thank goodness for monitors...
last night was orientation at school. there is a party for the 7th graders on saturday, orientation for mr. k on sunday and swimteam info on sunday as well.
a little pet peeve had developed for me...i can't figgure out when the nightly news is on. at 10:30 here jay leno is already on....this time change has got me all out of whack for my shows....
got to get that figured out before survivor and bro's ans sis's begin again...
going to run and make some breakfast for my big guy who has joined me here on the floor.

VB i miss u soooo so much! i cant wait to see you again! anyways i wish you my best wishes that school is going OK. I will pray for you guys, and i will pray for the home, so that someone will buy it, and for some silly reason like a misterious fire burns it down. hehe. anyways, i miss you sooo so much! i hope to talk to you some time soon.

Hey guys, its good to hear your settling in!!I am so sorry that i didnt come the day before the open house. Our house was crazy getting ready for vacation and I lost track of time. Anyways, best of luck to you all in this school year!
