a stalkers hubby is/ turning FIFTY????

all company is gone, Mr. K and i are trying to get laundry done so we can get to the park..it is supposed to be 60 degrees today!! break out the Hiwian Troppics man!!!!
thanks again to our friends who came in and styaed the weekend with us...we had a great time.....it is funny how we are just getting older...heck,,,,a case of beer lasted two days.........now you know........we are getting old........
but darn it we're good!!

for those who are wondering about the pretty bald lady sitting with douglas, that is our friend Tina. she is recovering from breast cancer and will be having her reconstructive surgery this week. she went to school with douglas way long ago and she and her hubby and daugther live about an hour away so we see them every other week or so. she is from the 'ol neighborhood'. doesn't she look fantastic a'la' sinead o'connor??? keep telling her there are only so many ladies that can pull that look off!!! perhaps she'll let me dye her tips this spring???

anyway!!!!!!!!
douglas is doing well, came home for his midmorning nap, will be back for a late afternoon nap and then back in bed after dinner. he is doing just fine. it is the last week of the month..so that means big things in teh corporate world...so he's pulling out as many stops as he can this week.....he is a commited employee!! and his boss knows it..she is very good to him!!!!
