It's true!!

My daughter got to the blog b4 i did.
Hubby had his f/u apt yesterday to review the results of his CT.
that damn tumor just doesn't' know how 'committed' we are to its demise...so...
on to Vanderbilt we go.
we will be seeing Dr. Sandler again to discuss the trial meds he is working with.
we will discuss beginning trial here and see if it can be finished at OSU.
or beginning the usual second line chemo here and then looking into trials once we are home.
ah man.........i just said it.............HOME....too early to cry so i'll just keep typing...
my girls are working through the emotions.
Ms R is pretty much ok when do we leave. her big questions: will i get to go to Htly High, will i get to have mrs. brennen (her sister just loved her), ooo yeah...i get to be in the upstairs classrooms...
Ms. V on the other hand is struggling a bit. naturally she is conflicted. she took some time to develop some relationships...got in the groove with a new swim team and is growing into her teenage self...relief and sadness all at once. so, her tender heart is breaking right now....
for hubby, i think he is looking forward to seeing his buddies on a regular basis....as anyone who lived around me...there is nothing my husband likes better than to stand in his garage amongst his tools, a bud in hand chatting with one of the guys.....
for me: although i'm partially distracted by the thought of renewing my vows tonight and leaving for MB and if i have remembered everything...making sure that everyone has a pink shirt for our beach photo (you ROCK BS!!)
i of course have begun my lists...
* when is uniform swap shop
* has anything changed with uniform
* what is the first day of school
* will i be able to get my little man into the new preschool
* hope the new family behind us won't mind my dog too much
* school shoe drama...here the kids wore their sneakers...
* oh yeah, V has a different style jumper
* wonder what Tony will charge me for a pool membership for a few weeks :):)
* what on earth will i need to do to my house after the tenants leave?
