the girls were none too thrilled to know that we expected them to begin school here and attend classes until we moved back north. they gave me the grunts and groans.........'oh mom'' 'i can't believe you are making us go'.......'we'll be in school longer than anyone this year'.......
wha wha wah....
that tune changed sunday. they attended the back to school ice cream social with some friends..and poof....all was right with the world!!
last night, uniforms were washed and layed out...showers taken and lunches packed!!
i snuck my usual 'surprises' in their lunch boxes when i got home from work and tucked them all into bed.
this morning everyone was up and ready to go.
so...drum rollllllll please...
our 8th and 5th grader bteam members!!
