went out last night for my 42nd birthday....was a very casual - word of mouth - facebook kind of thing. went down to Grandview Cafe, ate some hummas, danced to the live music - got a very strange magic act show by a crazy man that came out of no where ...and then at last call some of us gathered our senses and headed to the Waffle House....
i tell you, i have not been out for the 'after meal' since.....since.....we started having children..
Ben the trainer came out to join the old folks for a bit.....wasn't that sweet. isn't he cute.....must find him a nice girl!!!
nanny spent the night and got up with the kids...and i got to sleep in until noon!!!! Yeah me!!! noon!!!! it was heaven....heaven i tell you....now of course that is if heaven allows little people to crawl all over you.....:)
i came down to a lovely birthday cake that the kids had made for me!!!
i really picked a good one with that girl....i am very blessed....
