i is the crack (of dawn...) (well, for me anyway) and i'm up and i have sneakers on.
today we leave for Chicago....i will miss my Group Runs tonight and sunday...so another woman suggested that we run independently this morning...she is also going out of town....i said sure....
am i becoming a 'Yes Man'????
