getting back into the swing

mr. k had an abreviated day at school today and has a full day tomorrow
Lu has her abreviated day tues

had a Girlscout planning meeting this evening and have the year planned...at least thru Feb.
we will be hosting a Halloween Harvest Party for the Parish and Girlscout unit in Oct.
we'll have a pie sale for Thanksgiving.
we may go horseback riding or camping soon for a Fall activity
for our Service Project we'll offer two days of leaf raking in Nov for the elderly of the Parish.
come winter break we'll head up to Mad River to get a skiing lesson in.
come March we'll head up (and over) to Holiday Valley for a weekend ski trip. (can't wait to have some reeeel chicken wings on that trip)

V had a great volleyball game and has discovered who her locker buddy is!! she started her day off with a bag of peach rings!!
their first away game is tomorrow and i'm dinner bag mom for the game. the pressure is on to come up with something clever...good thing our Aldi reopens tomorrow...can't wait to see the remodel...

Mr. K has his second karate lesson and should get his 'costume'.
Lu belle like i said has her first 'day' at preschool. She has to go in a pullup...she isn't all the way dry in underpants yet....and now that i've been talking about it she has gotten a bit stuborn about it. could be that she can't stay at preschool if she doesn't get all the way potty trained soon....

running schedule picks back up with a 2 mile run in the morning and a 7 mile on thur. then i'm supposed to run 9 this weekend..
