as you can see below i got my plugs in the mail yesterday from BG.
mr. k and this tooth..he's getting lots of mileage out of it....
getting all kinds of ooooos and awwwwwws....

watched the Patrick Swayze interview last night.
just kept thinking about all the other widows out there that might be watching as well.
and then when the footage was shown from a long ago interview where he cried for
having lost his dad i looked over at my girls (we were all three in my bed) and my heart broke all over again....
but as Mrs. Swayze said...when this happens... you just have to Open your eyes and see all the things you have to be thankful for.
and it is true....
it is so true....
and for this day and my children/family and friends i Offer Thanks!!

i did learn to knit yesterday.
this neighborhood has something for everyone i swear.
there is a group of gals that starting kniting last year and have started up again.
the time didn't work out for me last year..but this year it does and yesterday i got my first lesson.
not too hard YET...of course i only learned two stitches...my first project will be a scarf....
and then i'd like to make a vest...
anyone want a scarf????i can't promise good results...but i promise to make it with tons of luv......

going to swap the title today
end of the era for me...
things are changing (as of course they will) and with each change i have this pang of 'this is different than when douglas was here;
i'm sure it is way normal..
but it is weird at times...
