CVS matched current promo's at Meijer and got drugs for Free!!
love that...
been on them longer than 48 hrs...
should be feeling better.
but not
gunk is not breaking up.
going to get some musinex after Mass this evening.
hope that works...

missed our big 10 mile run in the rain this morning..but could not get out of bed...
i'd swear i heard someone tap on my front door....dog didn't bark so thought maybe i was dreaming.
got an hour in on the treadmill at the gym this afternoon.
thank goodness for ipods...

have you tried a nettie pot?
Sinus infections SUCK. I hope you feel better soon!! Matt used to use a nettie pot - swore by them. Can't get myself to use it yet, but saline spray helps a lot, and steamy showers. Drink lots of fluids and load up on vit C. I wish I could bring you some chicken soup... Feel better soon!! XOXO
i've heard of those nettie things barb...but you know what...they for what ever reason make me think of sitz baths...and i just can't think of getting one...don't ask me why...but .....this mucinex seems to be working a bit...thank God
