weekend just flew by...

friday evening was spent prepping the house for the volleyball team sleep over.
house looked fabulous...love love it when there is a 'reason' to clean...it just gets done so quickly and well....
(all things back to normal however by this time monday morning)

saturday we spent at volleyball tournaments and grocery shopping and final prep for party.

girls arrived and party commenced...pizza, football game, hot tub and fire pit and up until the wee hours. the girls were quiet enough for the wee ones and myself to get to sleep at a reasonable hour. very pleased with that of course!!

up at the crack sunday morning for the dreaded 10 mile run...and i MEAN dreaded...a group of five met at school to begin at 6:15. we took off promptly at 6:20 and returned exactly two hours and twenty minutes later. three water stops and a pee in the woods stop later i was home....

for 10 minutes....long enough to take a perfume bath
and then into a Girl Scout meeting.

home later for a 20 minute nap
and then time to prep my salad and baked dates for the neighborhood picnic.

pick up friend joy from airport
home and in bed by 8pm......

woke up this morning with both wee ones in my bed....snuggled and toasty warm..
