the girls and boys of Bishop Hartley rocked the pool today!!!
wow!!! amazing to say the least!!
The girls took the crown and the boys placed a very impressive 4th...especially given they only had four guys swimming today!!!
let me tell ya'll ...that OSU pool is pretty darn cool!!!

i'm too pooped to post some pics tonight so i'll add them in the morning
our girl did well...dropped 5 seconds/3 seconds in her events!!

stats: 200IM seeded 29th finished 23rd!
100 Back seeded 27th finished 20th!!

because she qualified for districts she earns a Varsity Letter...her Pops was so excited to tell her that only ONE other person in our family had Lettered as a Freshman and that was...Him!! at Holy Rosary...you know...'back in the day'...tee hee!!
i could not be more proud!!!

heard back from the Gene Lab finally...$3120 is what it will cost me to find out if i carry the breast cancer gene...i've left a message for my GYN to see if there might be another place to send my blood...i realize that we are talking about health here..but man...they offer me a payment plan of $120 a month for two years...geeze...i just don't know..i was all about thinking that money wasn't really a concern...in so far as how can you put a price tag on your or your loved ones health...but i guess i never imagined it would be that high...
