i am loving life tonight. my hubby is still up. JUST got into his PJ's and it is almost 10 o'clock at night!!! He and Mr. K are in bed watching a movie that i'm sure a self-respecting mother wouldn't' allow her son to watch...but, when have i EVER been self-respecting..ha!
today was a totally normal day. outside of having visitors from the North.
Hubby's dad and step-mom are in for a few days.
got up,
kissed big girls and daddy goodbye.
packed mr. k's lunch
got my shower
took mr k to school
went to big girl's school = R's class did a 'job fair' where they represented people from colonial times.
came home
played on the Internet - and didn't look anything up beginning with the letter C - tried to figure out Facebook
picked Mr. k up
ran to Aldi and used my new shopping bag from the EMO group
welcomed our company and big girl V home from school
ran out to pick up big girl R from dance
dropped off Buckey Crunch for Dr. Sikora as a thank you...and yeah, i pulled a heart string by pasting a pic of all our kids inside the thank you card!!
what ever it takes man...........what ever it takes!!
made dinner GOT OUT A COOKBOOK AND MADE A NEW RECIPE....
that totally felt good...i haven't gotten any of my books out for a few weeks now...
made tuna casserole with a twist - curry powder...i added taco shredded cheese for some extra zing..it was good!! pretty darn good if i do say so myself. and i had a table full of clean plates..so i wasn't the only one who liked it...
