prayer request for our Lu and her daddy.
this chemo treatment has left doug with the inability to sleep. even with meds, he is unable to fall into a good hard sleep.
Lu is also having trouble staying asleep all night- waking at night and refusing to go back to sleep without rocking...
so, i'm asking that when you go to sleep tonight you ask our Good Lord that he bring healing sleep to my two sweet ones. They desperately need a good nights rest!

I wonder what is up with the sleeping, I am having trouble too. Tell lu to call me when she wakes up.I hope the sandman comes your way first, then send him up my way. can not beleive the end of Jan. is near.spring hopefully will be springing. love aunt m

I agree there is something in the air I have not been able sleep thru the night in about a week.
Not normal for me I can normally sleep all night with no problem.

Sleep? It's not visiting me either. Thought it was age. I'd be 20 lbs lighter if I slept thru the night. I've eaten stuff I'd never eat during the day. hahaha
Kris told me she used relaxation tapes. Also said a hot bath immediately before getting into bed helps too. I will get you some tapes if you want to try them.
I pray everyone slept better last night and will continue to do so until everyone sleeps a good 8 hours straight - every night.
