Happy Birthday to my wonderful wonderful mother who turned 25 yesterday!!! She and papa spent the day with their friends from the Mustang car community and then had a romantic night at a local hotel!!! of course, with all the storms in the area i'm sure it was NOT romantic for Papa as my mother is a complete fruit cake when it comes to storms......
anyway, mom..i love love love you..more than words could ever say!!! of course a nice gift bag from Macy's will do well !!! haha!!
I hope today you can lounge around...since you are giving yourself the gift of a colonoscopy on tuesday...i can't wish you a big piece of birthday cake!!! in teh mean time kisses from mini LU!!!

V leaves for camp today..she will be packing up a horse and going into the woods to live for several days and then coming back out!! This particular camp program is one that she has been working toward. there are so many requirements to be able to attend this camp and she's been working on it since 1st grade!!...She will love it i'm sure! thanks to family and friends that kept our girl busy this past week. thanks aunt sue for taking V to mass...she enjoyed being in the same place her mom and dad were married and where she was baptised!! she also told me that the two of you will be working the food bank when we get back!! SUPER!!!
I'm off for work and Hubby will be holding down the forte with the help of big sister R. Daddy picked up a new Wii game yesterday at the used game store so R and Mr. K are mesmerized in front of the TV....
Hubby is having quite a bit of pain under his ribcage and around the back. He was able to stay on top of his pain meds yesterday but they just aren't taking the edge off. I simply can't wait for radiation to begin!!! as i'm reading on the cancer community website (the button on your left) i read that radiation can really impact pain management in a wonderful way!!! so.....lets get the party started!!!!!
thoughts are going out to our friends the other B team who are cruising Alaska at the moment!! i heard this morning that a volcano erupted yesterday!! i'm just wondering what god mr. B pissed off must have been a Democratic one for sure!! tee hee hee you know i LOVE (and respect) you RB!! i hope you all get to see the whales and all that good stuff!!
gotta run....i'm working in ladies moderates today..and after this past ONE day sale i'm sure the dressing rooms are a wreck!!!!!!!!

I don't know if you've had a colonoscopy ever - but I had one a month ago. Definitely the worst is the prep and not eating for 24 hours. the procedure itself was a breeze! Good luck!
