and for the record...although Palin came out of her box a little bit and gave a great presentation...she still really had 'nothing' to say...Biden clearly has the experience we need in the House. but...if we can give her something to do for the next four...'i'm down with that'...she's got potential for sure....we just have to be sure that you aren't sucked into this b/c McCain's folks found a presentable woman to wrap up the undecided votes from the Hillary camp. and, on a fickle side..why was the youngest daughter carrying the baby instead of the daddy...????? i would bet a buck that he was told NOT to grab the baby while the cameras were on and they were on stage....
as far as presidential politics go...hubby and i will be attended the Frost and Nixon show in a couple weeks down at the theater....Where were you the night former U.S. President Richard Nixon spilled his guts on television to British talk show host David Frost?

I find it interesting that which ever one it is we support, that's who we think won! I thought Sarah spanked Joe! If you understood her as I did, she did not want to waste time on "correcting" Joe...her mission was above that...it was to inform the people about what the McCain/Palin ticket is about! Since the media doesn't say much except negative things against them, this was her chance to shine! And, shine she did!

Has anyone not had a older sibling hold a younger sibling before? To me that was just a natural bond that families have. We need a REAL Family in the White House and that is what the McCain/Palin ticket will do. Country and Family First.
No I have never had an older sibling before. But you know , I am sssssoooooooo jealous of the younger sibling because they get to be sooooo annoying to the older ones and I bet that is just so much fun.!!!!!!!!!1

First of all MGR is smart enough to know that she is a MOTHER and NOT the president of ANYTHING! Though Palin is "swell" by golly... she has children that need her real bad! Tell her to come back when her wee ones are grown and she can at least say she is an experienced parent/GRANDPARENT! Ok Bill Clinton was/is a cheater. But McCain is no better. Last night on 20/20 they talked about his first wife. And how sorry he was for cheating on her. So no one is perfect! I means McCain's wife is a recovering addict. Do we condemn her! No she had a problem and took care of it! And as far as Palin being a beauty queen who cares she needed money for scholarships for school so did what she had to do! I am supporting Obama! I think it is great everyone has such strong opinions. And i think pro life/pro-choice are important to everyone! I just hope that you can look beyond one issue when you vote. Because this is about more than that! This is about all those people that are losing jobs, losing their homes, and losing health care. Now if you a fortunate enough to not be affected by that great! but I feel everyone can be one paycheck away from losing everything! So I hope we can all keep an open mind. Rose

Let me be fickle... What was up with Biden's Forehead!!!! It never moved. Botox? The bags under his eyes got darker and darker during the debate but his forehead did nothing.
When I watched the debate, I also happened to see kids that belonged to the Biden family too. My own kids got to watch the debate and one happend to be younger then Piper. Maybe I am a bad MOM, but my kids saw a historical moment and my kids can say that they watched history being made.

Well said, Rose- Since we are thinking of all of those people, McCain should be a shoe-in since Obama has shown through his association with Fannie Mae and Franklin Raines what he thinks of us. The people who cannot see his elitist, socialist agenda (excepting he and his friends) should just shut up and drink the cool=aid.
