i slept through visitinghours this morning...but the nurse is coming to get me after the doc gets down here to take hubby's breathing tube out. hubby is very agitated and is fully off of his sedatives....so they need him to be agitated to get that tube out....but he has to have a little patients until all his other vitals are ready. visiting hours are extremly strict here as are the age/health requirnments. today hours are 10 -2 and then 5-7 and then 9-10
next visiting hours are 10 -2. Bert is coming to get me here at the hospital at 2:30 and i'll be home then to see my wee ones...lu had a rough night last night...up calling for me several times...i'll then hope to come back for the 5-7 shift or perhaps 9-10....
my prayer request is:
strength to come off this floor and then get on the path to coming home.
all else can be dealt with once we get home.
needs:
1> hospice referral
2> supper tonight
3> light house keeping and getting uniforms laundered.
4> sitting for lu AM and then both she and mr k (after preschool on monday)
man....who would have thought this blog would come to this.....i feel like i am the little HOO voice from Horton.....i'm yelling as loud as i can..but it really is only a whisper.

You guys are awesome!!!
S,
I want to say that Doug is an amazing man. He is still a pillar of strength even in his weakest hour. He has so much in life that some of us are still trying to acheive. He has a wonderful family that knows love, honor, and faith. You often quote "'God is good all the time; all the time God is good"; well, God is good because He gave us Doug. S, please know that you have our whole community praying for your family. Our hearts cry for you in this pain, but at the same time our hearts smile that two wonderful people found their way to each other. We love you.
S,
Just wanted you to know that Stephen & I are praying for you all and there are prayer chains all through the south for Doug and the family. We love you all and God is truly with you always. Sorry we can't do more for you as far as help goes but just know that you are ever present in our thoughts!
Love
