Must See TV

I covet my Sunday night shows. Other than my 4 o’clock date with Oprah, Sunday nights have my ‘must see’ shows. (although we like survivor as well. but I’m not so committed this season).

I watch Desperate Housewives and then Brothers and Sisters.
This weekend both shows struck me –

Desperate Housewives>

When Bree was explaining to Susan how she (Bree) deals with emotions that can get out of hand. She said she gets an empty box, fills it with the emotion, closes the box and then puts it in a closet. I’m running out of room in my closet….

Brothers and Sisters>

When Robert asked Kitty if she was happy that he had lost the race. (for presidential nomination) in order to have him around. I had to wonder if God would ask me the same thing about Doug….
